Rochester, New York will always be my home town, but I love living in Florida. Leaving a career as a court clerk in the Town of Farmington, N.Y. in 1993, I moved to Gainesville, Florida to attend Florida School of Massage. In addition to the massage curriculum, I completed the Sports Massage Training program and received certification in Sports Massage. Graduating in 1994, I received National Certification in Massage & Bodywork and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida and New York and have practiced in both States.
As a certified sports massage therapist, I have been a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter (FSMTA) and the Florida Chapter (AMTA) Sports Massage Teams. In 2002, Jerry & I had the exciting opportunity to be members of the AMTA Sports Massage Team and work with the athletes at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics/ Paralympics games. (The Paralympics Games are the world's premier gathering of disabled athletes.)
I have served on the boards of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (Tampa Bay Chapter), the Florida Chapter American Massage Therapy Association (Florida Chapter) as well as a co-chair of education( FSMTA Tampa Bay Chapter) , and I am currently the secretary (second time) for the Florida Chapter American Massage Therapy Association.
Currently operating,” Alive, Aware & Well – A Wellness Enterprise,” in Dunedin, Florida, with Jerry Konrad. We offer several modalities of Massage and Body Work Therapies and Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening. Our client base ranges from professional, college, elementary/high school and week-end warrior athletes, occupational athletes and anyone who is trying to improve their everyday functional/pain free activities.
I offer relaxation, therapeutic and sports massage, with a specialty in treating TMJ disorders. Through the utilization of these techniques in conjunction with my knowledge, skills, and compassionate hands my goal is to help heal each individual I work with.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy walking & hiking, yoga, qi gong, and baseball (go Rays and Yankees!!)
I have two wonderful sons living in Rochester, New York with their families;

Our goal is to apply our knowledge and skills in massage & bodywork therapy and physical fitness to assist patients/clients to release chronic tension and pain in their muscles, improve their circulation, increase their level of functional fitness and reduce mental and physical fatigue. We strive to give our clients the best therapy to suit their individual needs. Treatment plans are developed in cooperation with you and your referring health care provider.
